Ordering
We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

A user may choose to register to receive e-mail and printed newsletters and marketing materials from Basket Blossoms when completing an order. During registration a user is required to give his/her contact information, such as name and email address, so that Basket Blossoms can provide the desired service(s). Users may also supply additional information to Basket Blossoms as comments on the registration form. Basket Blossoms will use such additional information to personalize its response to the comments.

Completion of an order causes shopping cart data to be removed from the web site. Fulfillment and Comments
We communicate with customers to resolves issues that arise in connection with completing orders or in response to comments submitted during registration or via e-mail. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Choice/Opt-in

Shipping
We ship our orders out Monday through Friday. We ship Via FedEx 2nd day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Our Cheesecakes and our Specialty Cakes are perishable products therefore this is why we only offer these 3 types of shipping methods.

All orders must be received by 11:00 AM EST in order to be shipped out that day. Any orders received after 11:00 AM EST will be shipped out the following day.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping are shipped only Priority Overnight (No 2nd day or Standard mailing is offered). There is a $10.00 surcharge.

We do not ship to Canada. Our Cheesecakes and our Specialty Cakes are perishable products and we do not like for them to linger in customs sheds.

Specialty Cakes are shipped Standard Overnight or Priority. Please note that Basketblossoms does not ship our cakes 2nd Day air.

Saturday Delivery is for Priority Only. There is a $12.50 FedEx Surcharge for Saturday deliveries.
